Da Urban Butterflies Youth Leadership Development Project (D.U.B) is a membership-based young women’s orgnanization which was founded on October 2004. Our aim is to contribute to the positive  development of young women and girls.

D.U.B was born in and has actively been a part of the Washington Heights community. Over the years we have impacted the lives of thousands of youth, and have engaged in solidarity projects locally, nationally and internationally. Through youth leadership development, capacity building, as well as community organizing and mobilizing we are committed to changing the world … a block at a time.
